1.⁠ ⁠All sales are final. Pink Aura does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
2.⁠ ⁠Exchanges are accepted only for size issues, for the same style and colour.
3.⁠ ⁠Exchanges are subject to stock availability
4.⁠ ⁠Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
5.⁠ ⁠Items must be unwashed, unaltered, unperfumed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
6.⁠ ⁠To request an exchange, message our WhatsApp number with your order details, reason, and photos of the item and tags
7.⁠ ⁠Return shipping is at the customer's cost, unless the wrong item was sent due to our error.
